morbid distances

your far.
far...

im playing my part in the symphony
the depth you installed in my heart
you've dug a deeper hole than anyone else has, piercing the surface of raw tissue, it begins to bleed... running down to stain the beauty of your skin...

and i wont forget you, i wont forget you

far far away from it all, scraping your mind with the thought of loss.
you'll sink back to the bottom of it all.
from beginning to end, it stings with raw emotion, from beginning to end

and i wont forget you, never forget you

in the waking sense you've gone to chase it all back.
but find nothing in return, nothing but a memory... doesn't it bring you back to the memories?
your minutes away form ground zero, and you'll sink back to the bottom of it all, deeper than the thought of it.
it begins to burn

and i cant pretend to, i cant pretend to

strolling down memory lane can you remember the day i told you i loved you?
remember the first time i told you i loved you.

i never forget you, and i cant pretend to.
i look all around but all i can see is you... for in you i find myself, the crowd is hungry for attention, but when the belly is full.. only then will my morning star shine.
but for now our love will burn like the reflection of flames in the mortar.

Woa. Sounds almost like lyrics- have you thought about putting it to music? I love that you are including poetry on your site. "scraping your mind with the thought of loss"-- great visual image. I also like your use of repetition. Keep adding your work!!
